You can forget looking for ANY compliance with shots after passing all that legal liability for the vaccine manufacturers. I know no one that will accept the sickness- inducing shots.

fortunately, the influenza vaccinations you are referring to do not induce true "sickness." the myth that "you can get the flu from the flu shot" is false. it protects you from the strain of the influenza you are hoping to avoid, as long as the estimations are correct by scientists about the types and strains of viruses that we will see. getting the shot is absolutely worth it, especially if you have any chronic health conditions, because your ability to fight off sickness is compromised.

be it seasonal, swine, etc., the "flu shot" contains the killed virus. there is also a "live attenuated influenza vaccine" that is a nasal spray. it contains a weakened form of the virus and is approved and intended for those who are healthy, not pregnant, and between the ages of 2 and 49. some minor side effects of the shot include soreness and redness at the injection site, a low grade fever, and aches. again, these are side effects, and should last no longer than 48 hours. i can assure you, if you experience any of these immediately following the shot, you do not have the flu!

some of this information was obtained, and some double checked, by the cdc website
